And they're gone!
At 0930 hours this morning, the Infinity Cruiser left Earth at a whopping 8 km per second, before shifting to infinity-drive, reaching speeds of around 5,000,000 times the speed of light!
By the time you read this blog post, the Infinity Cruiser will be situated somewhere near the Andromeda galaxy.
This galaxy spans across approx. 110,000 light years, meaning the Infinity Cruiser will be travelling through it for the next 8 days.
The journey then proceeds into SV-701, through the Upsilon Zephyrus, before finally entering the Euphorion Nebula, where planet Soteria is located.
You know, somewhere around 3,888,000,000,000,000,000 km - in about a month - no biggie.
Hopefully our voyagers won’t get bored in the meantime...
... Something tells me they’ll manage ;)
